Who we are

This policy is for the website lucerra.co, operated by Lucerra, a digital design studio. Questions: email business@lucerra.co.

What this site collects

The public site does not require an account. If you email us, we receive whatever you send in that message (typically your address, name, and project details) so we can reply.

Advertising measurement

If you reach this site after seeing or clicking an ad in ChatGPT, we use the OpenAI Ads Measurement Pixel to understand whether that ad led to a visit or a contact. The pixel is a script from bzrcdn.openai.com. Events are sent to bzr.openai.com.

We send page views and, when you use the hire email link on the work-with-us page, a lead event. The pixel may store a first-party cookie named __oppref so a later page on this site can still be tied to the original ad click. OpenAI uses this to report ad performance to us. We do not use it to sell a list of visitors.

Analytics

We use Ahrefs Analytics (analytics.ahrefs.com) to see aggregate traffic to the site.

How long we keep it

Emails you send us are kept as long as needed to run the studio and the project. Pixel and analytics data follow those vendors’ retention settings.

Your choices

You can block cookies and third-party scripts in your browser. To ask what we hold from an email you sent, or to ask us to delete it, write to business@lucerra.co.
